what's the deal

everytime this deal is posted and i go to the website it says the price is between $7.50 and $30. when i add the shirt to my cart it's $30? how do i get it for $7.50 like advertised. fyi 15.5 collar, 34 sleeve, white shirt

This is tricky because it is a price range from 7.50 - 29.99. The 10 shirts that I hve added so far have all been 29.99 so I have no idea which ones are for 7.
