Our competitor has harmed and limited competition in the microprocessor industry. On behalf of ourselves, our customers and partners, and consumers worldwide, we have been forced to take action.

We have filed a 48-page, detailed Complaint in federal district court. Because, as our Complaint explains exhaustively, Intel's actions include:

well i made it through the first 9 pages of that thing, and it sounds like a bunch of whining...

intel took amd's work and copied it and then made it even better and sold it... they beat amd's prices, got contracts with the big guys, and amd is left to cry about it. not that i think it's ethical, but it's business- and if your competitor can do what you do only better, then maybe it's time to find something else to do... and a company is only as strong as its client base, so if amd wants to kick butt, then they need to make a great product, find a loyal consumer base, and have them spread the word and demand the product... there are some things that are worth paying a little more for, and it's up to AMD to provide such a product(s).

in the meantime, they look like a bunch of crybabies and all this does is make me want to buy from intel (besides, their little jingle is so catchy - intel in-siiiiiide ;))

I got to 18 pages , man these law suite thingys have big big words
