Another Reason Why Firefox is Cool

I was just talking to a buddy and his browser looked very different.
It looked like Firefox with the extra search bar. Then he said it's firefox but with skin. A little search and found this.

Firefox extentions and theme's rock! Here's a sample of what I have on firefox on my machine. I'm using Firefox 1.0 for Mac OS X.

I only have one warning for you guys.. Don't overload on the extensions or themes.. Themes are more okay tho.. Extensions can get nasty however... Keep only what you like and use, remove the rest.. Also remember to keep extensions Updated! The auto updater function does NOT always work, pay the programmers site a visit on a monthly basis just to be sure..

ATM I'm using: noia 2.0 eXtreme w/ Mouse Gestures, ieview (for pesky sites), Dictionary Search, Googlebar and Forecast Fox.. The only extension that has some problems still with Firefox v1 is Mouse Gestures..

I used to use the theme called smoke, Smoke is not compatible with 1.0

Are there any good sites, besides mozilla itself, that have cool firefox skins/themes?

I think that most of the authors for Firefox and the other Mozila software go through the main site since when you click extensions or theams it takes you straight there.

All right I have the little updates available icon in the upper right, but when I click to install them nothing happens? It just says it's downloading and installing the updates but sits there forever. I'm using the smoke theme, would a theme mess this up?


EDIT - Nevermind, figured it out.
