There's no membership needed for these samples. It sounds like there may be more available if you are a member.

These samples are "powered by" Start Sampling. So if you received samples from there, that's why the message comes up.

I have done this and received mine. It works!!

After you have entered the site go to the top right hand corner and click updates/samples. You will need to allow pop ups.
