That looks pretty nice. What could be bad? I just bought a Nvidia GeForce 6200 PCIe from Tigerdirect because ATI isn't too friendly with my OS. It cost me about the same money without the rebate hastle. It supports 3D which is what I was after and didn't have a fan which I consider one more thing to break. But ATI has always worked OK for me with Windoze.

ATI is good

I bought an ATI card for $99.00 about two months ago (they are one of the better companies out there)

if i needed another one, i would jump on this offer.

also i think that if you see it on newegg.com - it can't be half bad.
