Anyone have problem with Hawking Technology?

Last year's black friday couple of buddies and I purchase a Hawking technology antenna from microcenter. We all have submitted the rebate on time, but when called like back in March, none of our records were in file. I find that to be especially strange. Anyhow, was asked to resubmit and even until now it's still now in file. LOL Anyway, I'll follow it up next week and if it's still not there, I'm gonna file a BBB complaint. Those always get the job done. Oh yea, the reason I'm posting is because it's so strange how so many submissions is "LOST" (if you know what I mean) and was wondering if anyone had good experience with this company.

Last week, I just received a $10 rebate on a Hawking USB Print Server purchased at CompUSA on Black Friday. I think they're VERY VERY slow processing them. That's the last time I purchase anything from Hawking specifically to take advantage of a rebate.
 
The only Hawking product I bought that involved a rebate was an external wireless antenna from Buy.com. The rebate took 14 weeks to come in, which is on the long end of the expected time for rebates. Other rebates usually take 8 to 10 weeks.
