I'd run away as fast as I can from most of those sites. It appears they are simply selling the disk to install the OS, but you don't get any license whatsoever. (Or if you do get a license, it is illegal.) Good luck with that.kran007tx said:Try this:

You can get the OEM version for as little as $63 + S&H.
Disclaimer: I haven't verified its authenticity.
OEM was licensed to hardware manufacture (DELL computer). You don¡¦t need to register it under your name.
NO COA. The COA is the certificate to register the software under your name.

There is no dearth of crooks and scamsters in our good ol' US of A. they may very well be closer to home than you think.gouki said:Guys.
If you buy from them your just helping paying a bunch of kids in France, India China whatever foreign country these guys are located in for something they downloaded for free.
.
i looked up on the actualtest.com website, and they claim that all the stuff they sell is the intellectual property of them. and they are based in pakistan and UAE. seemed legit. but then there is always that feeling that something is not entirely rightgouki said:Yeah they could be in the US. I have seen many sites very similar to this for years based in countries like India and China where international copyright laws do not apply. I remember Microsoft busted the guy who created actualtests.com about a year ago. He was based somewhere in the US. Not exactly warez in the traditional illegal program sense. Though exam Q&A guides are regularly traded in warez circles.

gouki said:Guys. All the software form that site is illegal. I started reading the FAQ. Cmon now. Everthing is packaged in RAR/ZIp files... The file Formats you download or unpack are .ISO These are how warez files are packed up sent to one another over the net and then burned.
I do not see any type of Legal Documentation to any of the original program developers websites Anywhere. No Partnerships Nothing at all.
Some guys got together took a few days to put up a website and write up some how-to-burn FAQ's for NERO and probally in Alcohol 120% also. HAH! they even give NERO free to you because you need that program to burn the images you download from them.

Some of you are totally against the idea of buying illegal programs. OK thats fine.
So now you know the deal with this website. Don't Buy from them. The End.
Others are probally saying hey its cheap right? I just want a fully functioning copy of the software.
To the Guys saying its Cheap:
Don't waste your money. Your better off buying an Unlimited premium usenet account for $15 Bucks a month Or jump on IRC if you don't want to spend a few bucks. Download all the stuff you want and become a little more Internet Savvy at the same time.
All im sayin is that please don't pay some asswipe kid in some foreign country for something he downloaded practically for free. You can do it yourself for a nominal amount of money and Alot of reading/Trial and Error and Newbie forum posts etc to figure it out.
Someone Said something about MS Office:
MS Office or any MS Software (excluding their Operating System software) does not have anywhere near the thorough Product Key Checks that Windows XP does. Not even Close man.
