Tax Still Applies!

just because you buy something online from a vendor in another state doesn't mean you get out of paying tax on it. the tax is actually a sales OR USE tax... it applies where the sale takes place or the primary place the item will be used. when you fill out your tax return there is a space specifically for applying tax to items that were purchased over the internet which tax has not yet been applied to

This information is wrong

Although this might seem like a good deal. The information here is incorrect. The reason Amazon lowered the price is because they need to get rid of the inventory they have now since Apple just released upgrades on their MacBooks. Look at how the specs differ.
On Amazon, the $1074 price tag is higher than with a student discount on the now low end MacBook on Apple's website.
The MacBook Pro pricing is, however, accurate.

Before you jump on these,
Apple just upped their line of macbooks.

The white 2.0 is now $1099 at normal price. $1299 now gets you a white 2.16GHZ as opposed to previous 2.0GHZ

. . . except that most people are unaware of or choose to ignore this.

The IRS will gladly take your money, but they do not accept excuses.
