Après Tasting Club -- Free Coffee & Tea Samples Every 3-4 Weeks

This is great! My husband & I are drinking a lot more tea lately, in addition to all the coffee he drinks ea. day. Between living next to the Celestial Seasonings plant in Boulder for a few years, and now having a great tea store near by (Teavana), we're overflowing with tea... but we also love to try new flavors, so this'll be fun!

(We just got some of their "Apple Lemon Pomegranate Rooibos" & their "Caribbean Breeze" loose teas to mix as they had a sample of them (mixed together in an iced tea) that was just incredible! I highly recommend trying them out for all you tea lovers out there!)

This sounds great!! I love coffee and tea. I also host a couple of tea parties every year so new tea would be fun
 
Thanks I can't wait to begin getting coffee samples! With the price of coffee the way it is ..esp over $7.00 per container I'm looking forward to saving some money~:claps: :claps:
 
Do you think these are really free? The samples are probably free...but wouldn't you think they will try to get s/h fees out of us somehow?

edit: I emailed their customer service to find out. I'll post when I hear back.

I hope s/h is free, the site didn't say otherwise. :convinced: Thanks for checking on that for us. :)
 
Well, since they didn't ask for our CC info, I don't see how we can be billed for it. If they try to send us a bill for SH or whatever, we can just cancel our subscription to them. They said the tea is pretty much just a tea bag at a time, so that shouldn't cost much to send. They prob. have a flat rate w/the post office like walmart does. And the coffee is just enough for 1 10-12 cup pot, so again, not that big.
 
just got this email...now I can breathe about signing up for it.

"Hi, the tasting club is completely free, no fees of any kind. A sample of coffee and tea is shipped to members monthly (usually around the 28th of the month), all we ask is that you taste the coffee and tea and provide us some feedback by rating them."

• Each month a random selection of Tasting Club members will receive a free sample of coffee and tea.
• Members receiving a free sample are required to post a rating on the Après Café web site by the date listed in the newsletter to maintain their membership; failure to enter a rating by the deadline will result in membership cancellation.
• Members receiving a free sample and entering a rating are eligible for a random drawing of five, $20 AprèsCafé gift certificates.
• Membership is valid for 6 months, and limited to one membership per person and/or mailing address.
