this phone sucks bigtime..had one for 3 days from Staples and was so snap-crackle-pop that I could not even understand the other party. Major in and out fade too. What else would you expect from the ATT vendor who made this piece of crap?

I have to disagree I have not had any problems with AT&T phones. The seem to last longer than alot of other phones, and hold up pretty well to accidental drops. But thats just my opinion. LOL

pricematch didn't work

i tried it but pricematching didn't work.The manager said the new staples policy for last 3 months is to match the final price after rebate and not the price before rebate.

My AT&T phone just like this lasted 3 years and was crystal clear. Now I have another one with digital answering machine.
