AT&T cell phone users who were affected by the blackout are being given 60 free minutes. To receive your free minutes, call 1-866-269-2015 and press 3. If you call from the affected cell phone, the system will automatically know your phone number and you will only need to enter your billing zip code.

I signed on with AT&T almost a month ago. Let's see if I'm eligible.

It worked! I wasn't even a customer during the blackout. Will these minutes be applied for this month, or next month (November)? My minutes just reset on the 28th. I'm assuming they will take effect starting October 28? Thanks!
