http://www.cssauction.com has atkins advantage bars for mega cheap! they're "day old" boxes- i ordered pralines and cream w an expiration of april 2005. the website claims these bars last a year past the expiration, and i've eaten bars that were a few months past, and they were fine. anyway, case of 12 boxes- that's 180 bars total- was 39.99 and FREE SHIP!! that's cheaper than what i've paid at GNC for 2 boxes.

Wow, that's a really good deal. Hmm... but the flavor I want, Chocolate Mocha Crunch, has a December 2004 expiration date... dunno if I should pass it up and go with Pralines & Creme instead since its date is more recent.

i ordered from netrition before and the bars were 4 months old- they were fine... the chocolate mocha crunch does get a bit dry, but with a cup of coffee, you can hardly tell ... chocolate decadence stays moist and the pralines and cream flavor stays pretty moist too. i wouldn't go for cookies and cream when they're over a few months old-- they're already so dry to begin with!
