Nice find, I use the AT&T Wireless service myself and even this is a good deal. May even be a good deal if you buy the phone at $50 and then pay the early termination fee of $175, even though AT&T will hate you if you do.

Only take advantage of this if you know the features of the phone and are not actually use this. Do not buy this if you plan to just use this as a Pocket PC, but this is a great deal for AT&T.

I am searching this phone, but it's this an actual phone and pocket pc or just a pocket pc? because when I choose the 39.99 plan and this phone. than it says that the plan and the phone that I choose it's not compatible.

Let me check it out. I know their site pretty well. This should be a phone and Pocket PC capable of mMode, I doubt AT&T would be selling Pocket PCs that are incompatible with their service.
