Was $9.99 last Thanksgiving day so the price has been done before.
Not sure of the quality of this unit as there are quite a
few bad user reviews on circuit city site. Such as:

After reading some of the reviews listed, I have found, through experience unfortunately, that many of them are true. The setup and installation were excellent, but that is where it ends. As far as performance goes, this router loses its connections every few minutes from ranges of no more than 25 feet. In addition, the companion Belkin notebook adapter (802.11b) caused my laptop to lockup numerous times in a short period of time. Once I uninstalled the software associated with the router and notebook adapter, both my desktop and laptop ran much more efficiently. I would recommend trying a different brand of router and notebook adapter. This router provided little range and poor performance
