Eligible class members include anyone who purchased any Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the United States from May 23, 2010 - April 16, 2018 or if you purchased Bertolli Extra Light Olive Oil or Bertolli Classico Olive Oil in the United States from May 23, 2010 - December 31, 2015. Claim to receive up to $25 per household without proof of purchase . Deadline to file is estimated to be 9/8/2018 but may not be accurate.
