use net sharing programs...use DC (direct connect)...personally i think it's the best sharing program..^_^
 
I don't mind you talking about piracy but I think it would be best if you would use e-mail or use an instant messaging program to talk about it. Please leave illegal activities out of the boards! Thanks a lot.
 
Personally, I think Windows XP Home is garbage. If you're going to get XP, go with the PRO version.
 
It's the SAME EXACT THING. Windows XP Pro has a couple stupid networking features that no one needs while Home has the essentials and will work fine for anything you need to do. I use Pro and Home in my house and they are exactly the same thing.
 
I agree with Erik, it is practically the exact same thing. I have used them both and my reccomendation...don't steal it with a p2p, and buy windows 2000, it's much more stable (especially if you doing video editing or using any high end programs)! You can find it for under $100 on www.ebay.com.
