Best Prices on Film Developing

Where is the cheapest place to get some old fashioned film developed? I was thinking of either Costco or Walmart.

I recall of all the retail stores, Costco is definitely the cheapest. Not sure if you can find anything better online unless you're doing digital prints. If I'm remembering right, Costco is like $3.99 a roll, really cheap.

My Sam's Club membership has paid for itself with the film developing alone. I think it's $3.86 a roll (single prints.)

i used to work at ritz camera and i got a 40% discount on developing and costco was still cheaper. :banghead: by the way never buy anything from ritz camera because they are so overpriced.
