I picked one up the other day, got one that had been opened by Geek Squad, but since I bought it online, I was not expected to pay the $120 for their services/software, since it was all they had left. The laptop has about two dozen (!) screws that need to be removed to access the internals. I ruined one screww, so I couldn't upgrade my laptop (yet), but build is about what you would expect for $250. I am happy the laptop will grow to 8 gigs of RAM, and the P4600 CPU supports virtualization. I bought this laptop for my daughter (age 7), interesting to note that it was half the price of a iPad, or about the same cost as a touch...
