holy sh*t dude, where do you get these deals? that 100gb hard drive deal is HOT! I'm go to the store EARLY in the morning to pick it up, and if its not on sale in stores, order it online IMMEDIETLY.
 
Just buy it today and go back tomorrow (or anytime during the week) for your PM.

LCD deal has hard drive wording

A little too quick with the cut and paste. Most of the LCD deal on the main page has the Hard drive wording still.

Do you see the 100GB Hard Disk drive in Bestbuy.com ? If so please post the link.
 
CompUSA has a Western Digital 100 GB EIDE 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive for $79.99. But it has only 2MB cache.

It's right there on the HP. Is the extra $10 for additional 6MB cache? What do you think?
 
If your using the 10% preferred customer coupon or the 10% off magazine coupon for the WD 100 Gig, MAKE sure they take off 10% and not $10. I just got back from BB and I had to explain how 10% of 149.99 was $15 and not $10 to a cashier, she finally had to get her manager to VOID the previous transaction and ring it up manually. Theoretically, you probably can use the 10% off coupon to get $10 off other products as well that are cheaper than $100.
 
HELP they say the coupon won't work

they say the coupon won't work, because on the coupon it doesn't include harddrive also they scan the barcode but nothing happen so they say the coupon are only good for assesories........:(
 
it's a matter of luck...

well, the coupon states exactly the aplicable item categories... but I managed to get away using it on purchasing the CRUCIAL PC2100 256MB stick! (coupon specifies only "flash memory" as aplicable item)

The cashier scanned it and got w/o problems the 10% off!

Lucky me, I guess! ;)
 
Got the "special" 100 giger yesterday. Girl scanned the coupon and i got 10% off - no prob!
 
WELL thats wierd, maybe I try a different BB

wierd because when they scan mine, it doesn't work....... maybe I need to try a different bestbuy
 
in my case, the cashier dude scaned the UPPER barcode (from the two) on the large/upper 10% off coupon!

The coupon expires today so there might be a glitch in their system too!
