Coupon is for Buzz Club members only but you can sign up online for free.
 
The buzz club membership is irrelevant. The coupons sent out to everyone have the same bar code. I know because I am on their list for two of my email addresses. You don't need to sign up.
 
I have used one of these that was posted here before and I can tell you from experience that you do not need a membership to use these coupons.
 
Someone needs to fix the title of the thread. It says expires 1/10/10 instead of 1/31/10.
