how do you get the free month after you already had the free month? i signed up again using a different name, but same address and different credit card and different email and it comes back saying i was once a member. any tips?

are you using a different account? you have to create a brand new account. also make sure you put in the promo code. also make sure last name is different on the mailing account...that way they might think its a new resident. Also don't abuse it too much, i try to skip a month and wait for new dvds to come out, then sign up again so they won't get suspicious.

yeap i created a new account but used my daughters name but of course my name is under the billing section. So the name under the 'ship to' needs to be different?

no u can still put her name under billing, even if you are using your credit card. This is because they will not charge you so there is no way of them knowing whose cc name it is.

well the codes still work but i cant open a new acct. I used my name but added an extra letter at the end. used the same address, CC and a new email but still comes up saying 'our records indicate that i was a member'.

i think now they are keeping record of CC numbers so you can re-join with a CC number you already used

Well it hink they are keeping track of CC numbers so you will need to signup with a new one.
