Thanks. I've had Blue Moom, Full Moon and I thought I had Half Moon but that doesn't seem to be one of their products any more if it ever was. I didn't even know they had the others. Blue Moon is definitely high on my list.

OK everyone. Once you have completed all fields, the "Submit" button will appear in the bottom right-hand corner of the blue "paint brush" area. You won't see it until all required fields are filled in.

After you fill every thing out a submit button pops up I did not get it at first because the birthday was not filled out right you have to tab over to fill out the mm day year maybe that is it just make sure you have everything filled out
