They are built for size not for strength. You ever look at someone like the world's strongest guy? They don't look like that at all, sort of fat & stocky.

Also these muscle guys don't eat properly so they are pretty weak.

i can definitely say that body building and strength training are two different things. my muscle tone is "getting there", but i'm not really particularly strong... well except that i've gotten up to 6 sets of 35 pushups a day
