3. Timing: The Promotion begins on January 31, 2006 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on May 31, 2006 at 12:00 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). Administrator's computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.
4. How to Enter: You will need an eDecoder to play the eDecoder Game. During the Promotion Period, obtain an eDecoder piece, or if you do not have one, you can obtain an online virtual eDecoder when you register for the Promotion. During the Promotion Period, go to www.bounceeverywhere.com/sweeps. Fill out the online registration form completely (if you do not have an eDecoder, check "no" in the "Do you have an eDecoder?" box) and submit the form. Once you submit the form, you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and one (1) eDecoder Game play. You automatically will advance to the eDecoder Game Page. To play the eDecoder Game:
a. If you have an eDecoder and checked "yes" in the "Do you have an eDecoder?" box on the registration page, place your eDecoder over the scrambled message displayed on your computer monitor to reveal the hidden image; or
b. If you checked "no" in the "Do you have an eDecoder?" box on the registration page, use your mouse to drag the online eDecoder over the scrambled message to reveal the hidden image.

Sweepstakes/eDecoder Game: Administrator is an independent judging organization, whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of potential winners are final and binding. Sweepstakes: Administrator randomly will select the potential Sweepstakes winner, from all eligible Sweepstakes entries on or around June 7, 2006 in Pleasant Ridge, Michigan, U.S.A. eDecoder Game: Fifty (50) random, computer-generated winning times, one for each eDecoder Game prize listed below, will be generated during the Promotion Period. If you are the first player to play the eDecoder Game at or after one of the randomly generated times, you will be a potential instant winner of the prize indicated.

Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential Sweepstakes winner will be notified by email, telephone, or registered mail after the date of random drawing. Except where prohibited, the potential winner of the Sweepstakes prize must sign (or have their parent/legal guardian sign if winner is a minor in their respective place of resident) and return, within ten (10) days of being notified, an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release if US resident or Declaration of Compliance if Canadian resident in order to claim his/her prize. If any potential prize winner cannot be contacted or if the Sweepstakes winner fails to return his/her affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (if US resident) or Declaration of Compliance (if Canadian resident) within ten (10) days after the first attempt to contact him/her, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Only five (5) alternate drawings will be held after which the prize will remain unawarded. Potential winners from Canada will be required to correctly answer a time-limited skill testing question without any assistance in order to be eligible to receive a prize or prize will be forfeited. eDecoder Game prizes will be fulfilled within 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the eDecoder Game. The Sweepstakes prize will be fulfilled 8-10 weeks after the winner is confirmed. All Canadian instant prize winners will receive prizes the later of either 2-3 weeks after the receipt of their skills test or 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the eDecoder Game.

For All Prizes: The ARV of electronic prizes is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. No cash equivalent, all prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes or eDecoder Game, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or eDecoder Game or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes or the eDecoder Game may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan (Southern Division) or the appropriate Michigan State Court located in Oakland County, Michigan; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Michigan or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Michigan. For Residents of Quebec Only: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

Box 8070, Royal Oak, MI 48068-8070 U.S.A. Requests for winner list must be received by September 7, 2006. VT and Canadian residents may exclude return postage.
