My guess is that it's some type of waterproof card (maybe 3x5"?) that shows you how to do a self breast exam to check for lumps.

If it's the same, I got one a little over a year ago at the health and beauty expo in Cali. It's a little longer than a 3x5, but it is indeed waterproof and you just hang it on your showerhead as a reminder to examine yourself..

You're right, and it has a hole on top (so you can hang it on your doorknob or shower). It's larger than 3" x 5" (maybe about twice that size).

Basically it describes the techniques you should use to examine your breasts. Women over the age of 20 years should be doing this once a month (right after their period is the best time).

btw, they also have pdf versions of this card available on their site - in English, Arabic, Russian, Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese, and Spanish.
