i think it is worth $10 bucks more to buy at Staples with better customer service (at least better than Buy.com) and process the rebate much faster. I experience TERRIBLE with my purchasing from buy.com. It is up to you guys.

I have purchased from buy.com and have had a problem getting my rebate in a reasonable amount of time. I ordered computer speakers that included a rebate ($30) and was denied my rebate after waiting 3-4 weeks, only after writing a letter and waiting another 2-3 weeks did I finally receive the rebate-check in the mail. Hopefully it was just a fluke, but personally I prefer to buy from web sites that also have a brick and mortar storefront, because if I have any problems with the product I can walk-in and demand my money back. I purchase from the Internet only stores also, but you have to do your homework on them, the sites I prefer allow customers to leave feedback for everyone to view, additionally Internet stores keep prices competitive. I will add that most of my experience with Buy.com as been positive.
