This fax machine, which we own, is a very light-use machine made for consumers and not businesses. Be aware that it may be an OK 2nd fax for your office, but that it will self-disintegrate if you try and use it every day. Also, it comes with only enough toner for about four or five faxes, and then you are into the buying expensive toner rolls deal once again.
 
i can't agree with the above sentiment more. It's certainly a lightweight for small home offices and the roll will run out quickly within a month if you receive faxes every day. But it's well-built and will hold up well sending faxes every day. The cost of the roll for the generic isn't all that expensive. It's really ease of use as well and probably one of the better low end models I've tried. Personally, I'd settle for a refillable ink cartridge but for the money, they're nearly disposable since these seem to go on sale ~$20-30 throughout the year. [/I]
