Thanks for the help again penpen, unfortunately customer service said that once the order is placed, it cannot be modified, and I cannot cancel the order since the order has been shipped out already.

The alternative is to wait till it arrives then call customer service again, have an RMA# issued, then send the package back to the sender.

It was worth a try though. The time on hold was about 10 minutes give or take, and the conversation was elongated due to the call center reps having heavy accents.

Really? Their webpage says to just refuse the package, & you get your refund, no questions asked. This worked for me.

The 30% off is capped at $30, which isn't much of an incentive to get a new credit card. I never apply for a new card unless the incentive is worth at least $100. Plus, to answer your question, the answer is no you cannot use both.
