www.talkster.com enter your phone number and the number you wish to call and talkster will provide a set of local numbers for you and your friend to call to connect. You do have to listen to a ten second advertisement, but the way costs are rising I can do that. Worked great for the foreign exchange students at school the ones that were homesick this worked very well and the FREE was great.......we had no trouble in our area with this.....
