Which one of these is the best deal for the price? Nikon CoolPix 4300 for $339.99, Nikon Coolpix 3100 for $269.99, or any other camera? I am looking for a good digital camera that gives out good pictures (not blurry, etc) that can be printed well at 4" x 6". Thanks!

Retail would mean that it comes in the retail kit box. Comes with all the manual, software, original box, warranty, memory, battery or whatever that comes in the retail kit. Cameras are usually retail kits though. I always thought computer peripherals are the ones that come in OEM form.
