1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Coty US LLC (the "Sponsor"), Madden Preprint Media, Inc. (the "Administrator"), their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, webmasters/suppliers, and members of the immediate families (spouse, children, parents, siblings) and persons living in the same household (whether or not related) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins 7/21/06 at 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and ends on 12/21/06 at 2:59 pm EST (the "Promotion Period"). A day begins at 3:00 pm EST and ends the following 2:59 pm EST. Administrator's computer is the official time keeping device of this promotion.
3. TO PLAY: To play, visit
www.candies.com and click on the icon, banner, or text link to be taken to the Promotion page. If you have already registered, just click on the sign-in link, enter your email address and hit the "spin" button to play. If you haven't registered, you will be asked to complete a one time registration form. Once you hit the "spin" button, the virtual wheel will spin. When the wheel is done spinning, a message will be displayed in the message box. If the message states "Sorry. Try again tomorrow" you have not won. If the message states one of the prizes listed below, you have won that prize, subject to verification, and will receive that prize within 4-6 weeks.
(50) winning times will be randomly selected each month during the Promotion Period. The first play which is received and recorded by Administrator's computer at a selected particular time will win one of the prizes. If no play is received and recorded at that time, then the first play received and recorded by Administrator's computer after that time will win the prize for that time. Only (50) winners can win each month during the Promotion Period. The prize winners will be notified instantly. All winning plays are subject to verification. Limit one play per day per person. Limit one prize per person each month during the Promotion Period. Any attempt by any participant to play more than once per day by using multiple identities or other methods will void that participants' plays after the first play.
4. PRIZES/ODDS: The following prizes will be available to be awarded each month: (20) prizes: a 0.5 fl oz Candie's heartbreaker Eau de Toilette Spray, approximate retail value ("ARV") $19.00 each (20) prizes: a Candie's heartbreaker Shimmer Body Lotion, approximate retail value ("ARV") $14.00 each (10) prizes: a Candie's heartbreaker Solid Parfum Compact, approximate retail value ("ARV") $15.00 each Total ARV of all prizes combined is $4,050. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible participants who play, and the winning times randomly selected to win.
PRIZES WHICH ARE NOT CLAIMED OR ARE FORFEITED WILL NOT BE AWARDED.
5. GENERAL: All taxes on prizes and expenses relating to acceptance and use of prizes and not specified are the sole responsibility of winners.
