Canon PC170 Personal Copier for $24 Shipped After Rebate

It's $114.41, and no free shipping. Further, I cannot find the option to use google checkout to save $20. What am I doing wrong?

It says $114, but if you add it to cart, it will be $99. and it does qualify for free shipping. I chose the PC170. But the thing is, the estimated shipping time is Jan. 22 - Feb. 9. Estimated arrival time is Feb 2 to Feb 22. The rebate requires the postmark to be by Feb. 13. So I dunno if it will make it in time. I don't think amazon takes google checkout. =(
 
Google checkout is not available on Amazon and the item is out of stock at amazon at this time but if you look down on the right hand side you will see an option to order from amazon add to your cart and the price is 99.

order it anyway.... if Amazon can't deliver it before the
last day of the rebate, you can always cancel the order
or return the item. :)
