Make sure everything you put in your cart is being sold by Amazon.com. If it's being sold by a 3rd party, it's not eligible for the discounts. When I first followed the link in this posting, it was for the camera but sold by Amazon.com. Had to click the "add to cart" link on the right for the Amazon.com one. I guess since it's not currently in stock, it brought up a 3rd party seller that was in stock first.

Once I got everything in my cart correctly as Sold by: Amazon.com LLC, the discounts were applied at checkout.

If the filter is the only thing out of Stock call Amazon. I had the same problem w/ a lens I just bought. It came w/ a free filter, but it was out of stock. They worked with me so I could get the lens and then they will ship me the filter for free when it comes in.

tiffen filters aren't very good anymore anyway.. go for hoya or if you can afford it, b&w. but then there are some who feel that filters are a waste of money anyway too :thinking:

what are you talking about????!!! The costco price with 2 sets of identical lens is $849.99 and don't forget TAX. This one is $774 with NO TAX! Sure, costco has another package with cheap 70-300 non-IS lens which are POS for $749, but then again, those lens are horrible and don't forget the TAX.

Amazon wins big time.

You forgot that Amazon also throws in amazing telephoto IS lens which are by themselves $240.....So, you get camera body with 2 lenses for $774. BTW, Amazon's price for what you have described is even $5cheaper at $634. Why don't people learn to read description first, before making unneccesarily wrong comparisons?!
