Internationale Nederlanden Group (ING) has market cap of $67B while Capital One $19B. ING may not be big here in US, but it's a behemoth worldwide.

Ok, to clarify, there is NO incentive to sign up, i.e. no free $50, but the rate is so much better and yes, CapitalOne is a very stable bank here in US. Personally, I have been using them for the past 6 years, but now approaching FDIC insurance limit, so gotta move some cash to ING
