Does anyone know a site that specializes in the latest cell phone deals? I am looking for a new service with a good price on a phone....

I scanned the first couple pages in hopes of not asking a question that had been recently addressed.

Best phone company so far with technological stuff... by FAR... SAMSUNG
One of the hottest new phones, about $399 so far... Nokia 3650
Best Cell Phone company by far and still ahead... Verizon

Just some quickies... but most places are offering free phones that are pretty okay... but you need rebates for them and cell phone companies are good with cell phone rebates...[/b]
