Cheap winter/rain tires for Jeep

I have a 95' Cherokee Country and would like to buy a set of snow and/or rain tires for it. Don't are about brand as long as they work well and are around $60 each or less. Any suggestions or coupons for tire dealers? Sams club has some for $75 each, not sure of brand.

My family has ordered a couple good sets of tires from a guy named John at http://www.tirenet.com. His knowledge is very good and he can recommend a set of tires for you depending on your budget etc., the prices are also very competitive.

There are only a few people that work there I believe, but I've had great luck with them.

But does he charge tax since he is in South Carolina ? Tirerack doesnt charge tax because they are in the tax free state of Delaware If you are located in the northeast part of the country.

Not sure, I don't believe he charges tax but maybe a minimal shipping charge. I think it was around $8 to ship a set of two via UPS.
