These were probably emailed on June 12, 2005 to people who signed up for Circuit City's emails. The expiration dates for Circuit City's coupons are noted in their emails.

As noted on the coupon, to activate the offer, the store associate should enter "COU" in the brand field, then enter the 18-digit code.
