go to yoru loacl dollar store and you can get packs of 4 kodak batteries for a buck a package, which comes out to 40 batteries for 10 bucks. kinda the same if you need batts, like i did last week before i flew down south for vacation

I happened to be in my local dollar store, they had Panasonic AA basic batteries 4 for $0.99. Next to that they had Panasonic AA Alkaline Plus 6 for $0.99 after a $1 coupon which you tore off the display....I got one of each and skipped going to Circuit City.

10 batteries for $2
