Cookie tote Bag????????

So I got a black tote bag that says cookie on it in the mail yesterday. No return address no nothing. Does anyone know where this thing came from? I am positive I found it in the freebie forum here. Did anyone else get one.I owe someone a thank you but I cannot find the post for it.
