Cookies folder in Vista

I want to know how to get to the cookies folder in Vista. It is easy to find in XP but my laptop runs Vista and I want to be sure my cookies are actually being removed. How do I get to it?

Thanks. Got it. I guess my program was removing cookies. I only had about 5.
