Ok I gotta coupon question........If you purchase coupons offline-Definition-from off the PC lol (ebay) and the coupons are from say over 3000 miles away........will they still work in your area?

I know that some stores input the coupons that come out in the Sundays paper so when they scan them then it accepts it.....

I just dont want to get up at the register with boocoos of coupons and the store not accept em.....

Anyone ever get em offline and use em??

Unless a coupon is store-specific (only to be used at Target, etc.) a manufacturer coupon is valid anywhere. "Offline" as you call them, are always more successful for me than coupons I print off the Internet as stores, big and small, in my area never want to accept them...or last time I was in they did, but now they've had problems so they don't~argh! But I can save beau-coup bucks with the ol' clip and go variety~I say bid away and start saving!!:claps:

Manufacturer's coupons will work in whatever store sells the product (as long as they accept coupons...).

Store specific coupons probably vary on what the terms of the coupon are. I have purchased CVS prescription coupons that were supposively good only in FL, but I used them at a Jewel here in IL who accepts competitor coupons.

I think it's really up to the store as to whether or not they will accept them.

I have luck with "offline" coupons being taken for stores such as Lowe's will take Home depot and vise versa , and Michael's will take Joann's, Staples and Office Max take each others etc.

I get coupons off EbAy all the time. I try not to get the coupons that are good for stores not in my area. But it's a great resource for coupons for baby products and pet food.. etc.
