Here is a tip if you buy a product and it does not work out for you or you do not like the taste. Usually there is a 1-800-000-0000# on the package. Always call that # and be polite and tell them you will not be purchasing that product again and why. 9x out of 10 they will send you a coupon for a different product they make.

EXAMPLE: I bought CHEER laudry soap in the tablets. They do not disolve in the washer. So I called customer service to let them know they leave soap on the clothing. The service rep said they must be crumbled 1st and only really work best in HOT water so. . . she sent me a coupon in the mail for a bottle of FREE liquid CHEER!

Same thing with some pancake mix I bought and after opening it we discovered small bugs in it. YUCKY so again I called # on the box and they sent me a coupon for a different product.

Just be carefull not to abuse this as I'm sure they keep a profile in their systems but it's nice when a product really stinks and is no good!

Excellent advice, CreativeGenes. Thanks for the advice and the warning about abuse. Companies, for the most part, do want happy consumers!

I sent a letter to Ben & Jerry's once and I don't recall ever receiving a response.

This has worked out for me. When a product honestly doesn't work or doesn't preform as it should I flip the package over and get the 1-800#..
(My wife always rolls her eyes when I do this)
But calling always gets me a free replacement or 2 and in some cases, many many replacements..A bad duracell battery a couple of years ago got me 4 free 8 packs any size...
Just be friendly and patient with the people who answer the phones and they will do their best to make you happy
When something I buy does very well and surprises me, Sometimes I call and ask for mailing list, samples, coupons, special offers etc.
I have got some good stuff this way too.
