I saw a 100' hose at Costco for about $20.

You may find it cheaper but the Craftsman rubber hose is guaranteed for life.

But it wasn't a rubber hose. These rubber hoses are extremely flexible and easy to manage (even when it gets cold outside), crush-proof, and last forever without developing leaks. Sears sells a regular 50 foot PVC hose for $8.99 right on their site, but you can't compare it to a 50 foot rubber hose. Apples and oranges.

BTW, it's taking all my strength not to make an "Up your nose with a..." joke.
