Crucial Technology 256MB PC2100 DDR DIMM Memory for $40 AR @

One day blanker was at home he saw some cheap ram posted on a message board... he ran as fast he could but he was too late worst buys had already marked it up to 75 bucks and it was sold out. :(

According to this morning's (12/25) BB insert, the price has dropped another $5 making the price AR $35 [sale price $60-MIR $25] Limit 1 Crucial MIR per customer. I don't know if this is just another come-on.
 
I followed the link above and now it shows the price as 59.99 but the "item is not in stock". BB is not the most honest business out there. I have had similar experience with them not honoring their ad in the past.
 
OK, I was just at the local BB (2 pm here), couldn't find the Crucial RAM in their RAM case, went to the Computer Info section to complain. Lo and behold, they had a box of this stuff! I picked up 2 with 2 separate receipts. With tax and AR, it will be $40 a stick. Crucial (Micron) is probably the best brand out there. So I'm happy.
