This does come , it comes by ups , I am due in April and i got it within a week from having a consult.
 

Hi, What did you recieve in the bag ?
I just signed my daughter up she found out yesterday that she is expecting in June.
 
Nothing comes in the bag, Its a big tote bag which is blue and yellow and also the belly sticks out on it with a jewel as the belly button over the pregnant belly says yes i'm pregnant
