Hubby and I signed up for TMobile service and we both purchased new Razr phones --- his turned out to be a recycled phone that was scratched and has downloads on it. They gave us a hassle when we went in to return it too! :cussing:

Your post does not make it clear -- was this from a standalone "cell phone service" store? Or was it from a TMobile store? From your description, it sounds as though it was a standalone, in which case your warning won't help anyone outside of Manchester.

In most states it is illegal to sell refurb goods as "new." Even if they try to "hassle" you, you've got the upper hand.
