I'd be hesitant to just believe any random claim on the Internet. Granted, I can believe it happened (Best Buy is hardly above that level) and would be dismayed if it did happen, however, the evidence is certainly underwhelming about alleged incident.

Had something as described happened to me, I would have contacted the local paper.
