Does anyone have the link for the free $10.00 link to get a power card? I see those on ebay and cant seem to find the link. thanks in advance for the help

You have to first get the power card, and it has to be one with a number on the back. Then, you sign up here and you will get emailed a coupon for the free $10 recharge, so this requires 2 visits.
