Not quite sure where you are getting your info from but...

If you go to the Lexar.com website and search for SD1GB-231 it takes you to the 1GB HS 32X SD card. Lexar does not even list a non 32X 1GB SD card

ordered mine, haven't got comfirmation email yet.
 
Some other people have reported receiving email confirmation. I have not, but my order status on chumbo shows "order received."
 
I got order confirmation email and they already charged my credit card. What a deal! Current price is 106.49 now.
