yea i had the same proble, it wouldn't even find the fridge. but after i added the paper to my cart and applied the coupon everything went through fine, it even added the fridge to my cart.

Yup, OOS on fridge in Massachusetts/Rhode Island area, too.
 
Also...if you pick any of the "special order" colors for the paper the coupon become less valuable. And it's not clear what's "special" until you drop them in your cart and proceed. (You can always deselect them) :banghead:
 
Wow! Awesome find! Thanks! I had no problems - other than picking a "special" color the first time through, but once I changed the quantities I was okay.....now what am I going to do with 2500 sheets each of blue and purple paper?????? :D Perhaps donate to my kids school????? :claps:

I spoke with Office Depot customer service...

I figured I'd give them a call to try to straighten out the situation.

Andy, the CSR I spoke with, said that the system showed several refrigerators in stock based on the coupon number and he couldn't explain why I couldn't add it to my cart. :banghead: He transferred me to the Web help desk.

Colleen, the CSR I spoke with at the Web help desk, informed me that I couldn't use the paper coupon in conjunction with the refrigerator and/or luggage coupon, since the refrigerator and/or luggage is free only with a $50+ purchase. She said that she thinks the people who were able to apply both coupons will be invoiced at the full price for the free item when it ships, since they didn't meet the $50 threshold on the paper alone after the coupon is applied. You may want to call to confirm this -- (888) 284-3638.

She also said the refrigerator is only in limited stores and usually ships from the warehouse. It's hit or miss with availability.

I'm pretty sure you'll be able to talk them into it if you were more persistent than I was.
